Digital Dangers & Civil Society: Firsthand Accounts from Global Activists is the subject of a discussion organized by the Information Safety and Capacity Project (left), highlighting the “global trend of governments seeking to control, shape and silence the digital space through propaganda and misinformation.”

Panelists include Raisa Wickrematunge, editor of Groundviews; Robert Guerra, Privaterra; and Bardhyl Jashari, director of the Metamorphosis Foundation, Macedonia (a partner of the National Endowment for Democracy).
